Auntie Janet made Lily a beautiful dress, complete with frills, bows, butterflies and flower buttons. It is so very Lily. Lets just say our washing machine knows this dress well.
And, yes, I did just cut Lily's bangs. Yes, they are pretty short. I've realized that it is just easier to go short- less knots, less "foo foo" in the eyes and more of Lily's sweet face.
It's raining! Finally. Lily figured that if we went to the beach, it would be Fort-not-so-Funston. Given that Brian is in Switzerland and given the cold, cozy weather, we decided to stay home all day in our pjs. We never brushed our hair nor our teeth. We read oodles of books. It was awesome. Here you see our couch cuddles....
Train of kisses!
My lap is pretty happy right now...
Put all these parts together and you'd have a full (and furry) head!
The kiddos in room 106 are pretty lucky! Lily worked all day on her cards (and with a mild but very persistent fever). Each card is super personalized- made with hearts and from the heart.
