Heart's Desire Beach, Fourth of July Weekend

As a kid, I used to go to Heart's Desire Beach (in Point Reyes) with my family almost weekly during the summers. Right on the Tomales Bay, the beach is absoslutely perfect for toddlers. As you can see, Lily played hard and then crashed hard. When we returned home, Lily feel asleep on the couch in the middle of telling us that she wanted broccoli for dinner.

Lily just finished her modern dance class at Shawl Anderson in Berkeley. She loved it. We loved peeking through the front window.

"Mama Lily" is so wonderfully attentive and nurturing with her babies. She reads to them, she sings to them, she nurses them, she cuddles them, and she totes them around (in her sling courtesy of her sweet cousins).

She's Back!

Lily is healthy again and we could not be happier. She was able to go to Wee Two Toddler House yesterday just in time for the season to finish and to celebrate her birthday once again with good friends, her lovely teacher and blueberry muffins.

Lily Turns Three!

Lily blew out her candles, naked. She was still fevery, so it just made sense.

Forehead Temperature: 104, Expression on Face: Smile!

Though still under the weather, Lily was stoked to get birthday calls from her friends and family!
